…this scarf? I knit my sample a while ago with Peru Luxury DK and wanted to get some in and start a knit along. The knit along may be a bit delayed but the yarn is here. Peru Luxury DK is lovely. It is soft, non-itchy and great when knitting garments that is meant to be worn next to skin.
Also you can use Peru Luxury DK as a substitute for Debbie Bliss’ Baby Cashmerino if you play with your needle size – I have. Please note however, the fiber content is completely different and Peru Luxury DK is not machine washable while Baby Cashmerino is machine washable. In addition, Peru Luxury DK has good memory, which results in garments that hold their shape well. We have knitted with this yarn and we like it quite a bit so I thought I would give you a heads-up.
One quick note, we just received a large shipment of Hand Maiden’s Sea Silk, which will be posted tomorrow evening. I am photographing everything again as the colors seem more vivid and very well done, which I wanted to show with new photos. I hope you like them as much as we do.
Hope you are all well and knitting with a smile.
